Honey Dijon Salad Dressing Recipe-

Makes about 2 cups Honey Dijon Dressing Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until emulsified. May be served immediately. May be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving.

For a more unique dressing try this Honey Lime Vinaigrette recipe. It has a simple yet irresistible taste that goes great with mixed greens or drizzled over asparagus.

Yield: 1/2 cup (enough for salad for 4)


  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, cumin, honey, mustard and a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine until smooth.
  2. While whisking, drizzle in the olive oil and whisk until the mixture is emulsified. Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to 1 day. Whisk briskly to re-emulsify the vinaigrette before using.
