HONEY CHOICE DESCRIPTIONS:
The Wild Rata Honey is sourced from the beautiful crimson red wild rata trees native to the remote, protected, high elevation areas of New Zealand’s South Island, making Rata a very unique, rare honey. This unusually white colored, thick, creamy honey has a distinctive, mild, buttery flavor, and is considered by many connoisseurs as one of the finest honeys in the world.
Exclusive to Wedderspoon, this bright yellow, raw, unpasteurized certified organic Wild Dandelion Honey delivers a strong, tangy zing of rich flavor! Sourced from the pastoral grazing country of the remote mountainous regions of New Zealand’s South Island, this high quality, thick honey is harvested from uncultivated dandelions.
Our Raw Thyme Honey has a beautiful rich caramel color with an intense aroma and bold flavor with hints of heather and woody under tones. A popular herb amongst the ancient Egyptians, Romans and Greeks, thyme is renowned for its valuable source of antioxidants and powerful broad spectrum healing properties.
Our last choice is Wedderspoon’s Organic Manuka Active Beechwood Honey, which is sourced from the remote pristine areas of New Zealand’s South Island. As part of our testing methods and to differentiate our potency level, each batch of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey 16+ is sourced and tested for its higher pollen count, live enzymes, antioxidants and various phytochemical components.
Whatever your three honey choices are, your friends and family will be sure to enjoy these luxurious gifts. HAPPY HOLIDAY’S!!
