Glazed Wild Salmon with  Honey Mustard Sauce
salmon
1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon of Organic butter
2 tablespoons of Raw Beechwood Honey
2-3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce
1 clove of garlic crushed
4 5 oz portions of Wild Caught Salmon

Heat the first 5 ingredients gently in a pan to combine and thicken slightly. Place salmon on a foil-lined and oiled baking sheet skin side down.  Separate enough of the glaze to coat the salmon, keeping the rest warm to serve with the fish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
