Apples and caramel are the perfect Fall snack! If you’re looking to avoid sugar but crave caramel this is the perfect recipe to serve at a party or just as an afternoon snack. This caramel is the perfect combination of sweet and a little salty without the added sugar!
-8 medjool dates, pitted
-1/2 cup of raw cashews
-3 T coconut milk (or more)
-2 T Raw Organic Beechwood Honey
-1/2 tsp cinnamon* optional
-1 tsp vanilla
-pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients until very smooth into Vitamix or food processor. You may need to add more or less milk depending on desired thickness. Enjoy!
