Here is a recipe we are featuring this month for a honey mixture that will help to relieve your sore throat this season!
-1/4 cup Wedderspoon Organic Manuka Honey
-1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
-1-2 T of water
-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
-1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Mix together until blended evenly. Be sure to refrigerate for long term. Mix well before taking. Take a spoonful at time as needed.
