-2 cups raw nuts of your choice (we used almonds and pecans)
– 1 cup Medjool dates
-pinch of salt
-Process ingredients until the mixture starts to sticks together. Then press mixture into pie dish.
-1 cup raw cashews
-1 cup coconut milk
-3 Tbs coconut oil
-1 frozen banana
-1 whole peeled lemon
-3 Tbs Wedderspoon Raw Organic Rata Honey
-handful of strawberries
Soak cashews in coconut milk for at least 1 hour. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours before eating.
