DIY ‘Spring Is Here’ 100% Raw Manuka Blend Mask

Let’s get our glow on. Ongoing alternative research shows manuka honey to be both antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, which makes it a perfect remedy for problem skin! But, this amazing honey’s benefits don’t stop there. Remnants of New Zealand honeys like Beechwood add softness, moisture and balance to the skin due to a high concentration of live enzymes and antioxidants. The fats in the avocado and whole milk yogurt are moisturizing to the skin, while lactic acid in the yogurt help to smooth your skin, even out skin tone and diminish the appearance of pores.

Mix these ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over your face and let sit for 20-30 minutes before washing off.
