There’s a time and place for everything. Sometimes, I love a challenge in the kitchen – a recipe that requires patience, meticulousness and a day’s worth of devotion. Other days, putting together healthy meals is a struggle. So, as with the majority of the recipes we post here on the blog, I wanted to share this tasty, wholesome and unique treat with you all! Plus, it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare! We are seriously looking forward to wowing our guests with this one at our next barbecue. Can’t decide which honey to choose? Thankfully, our new 150 gram size jars of Wild Dandelion, Wild Rata and Beechwood make it easy to try them all!

Don’t forget to share your own innovative use of honey with #summerhoneylove!

Simply mix your favorite yogurt (we love organic vanilla yogurt for this) and a spoonful of any of our raw honeys! Add any other flavors or textures you want (think coconut shavings, toasted nuts or cinnamon). Enjoy with the grilled fruit of your choice!

Wild Dandelion honey

This bright yellow, raw dandelion honey delivers a strong, tangy zing of flavor! Sourced from the pastoral grazing country of the remote South Island in New Zealand, this thick honey is harvested from uncultivated dandelions. Enjoy it on hot buttered toast, drizzled on oatmeal or in any of your favorite recipes! Get it here!

Wild Rata honey

Sourced from the beautiful crimson red wild rata trees native to the remote, protected high elevation areas of New Zealand’s South Island, this unique-tasting, rare honey is considered by many connoisseurs as one of the finest honeys in the world. It’s mild, buttery flavor pairs wonderfully well with fresh strawberries or other fruits! Get it here!

Beechwood honey

This dark amber honey has a perfect consistency for drizzling over seasonal fruits, pancakes or over your morning’s Greek yogurt. Try it with goat or blue cheese on a gourmet cheese plate for a unique, rich flavor pairing! Get it here!
