Manuka Honey Powerballs with Goji Berries



This delightful recipe by Daydream Desserts  is packed with nut + seed protein, immune boosting super powders, a hint of spice, and sweetened with Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey and perfect for an anytime, feel good snack.


150g of mixed nuts and seeds of choice; we used

50g of walnuts

50g coconut shreds

50g hemp seeds

~30g of superfood powders; we used:

10g cacao powder

5g moringa powder

5g reshi mushroom extract

5g ground cinnamon

3g spirulina powder

2g ground cloves

*Optional pinch of salt

50g dates or other dried fruit

50-75g Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey

dried goji berries to garnish


  1. Process all dry ingredients in food processor until desired chunkiness
  2. Add dates and honey, process until dough forms; add more honey is mixture seems dry
  3. Roll into balls of various size
  4. Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  5. Enjoy the goodness : )

Festive Cauliflower Bake with Rata Honey


Bird? Check. Stuffing? Check. Mashed potatoes and gravy? Double check. But what to do about the veg. component to this year’s Thanksgiving feast? Why not mix it up with our Festive Cauliflower Bake, made with our deliciously smooth Rata honey? Easy enough to allow you more time to perfect that pumpkin pie recipe and healthy enough to help you rationalize a second slice. Enjoy!


1 cauliflower
1/2 onion sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Wedderspoon Rata honey 
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage, salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with no stick olive oil spray. Spread out cauliflower mixture on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes then broil for five.

Seasonal Satisfaction – Pumpkin Spice Granola with Manuka Honey

Ever a fan of the ubiquitous fall pumpkin spice latte, this year I’ve begun exploring other non-caffeinated ways to appease my seasonal pumpkin cravings. So, when our resident kitchen maverick, Haley, concocted this Pumpkin Spice Granola using our newest Limited Edition KFactor 22 Manuka Honey, I was thrilled. Not only is this granola delicious and healthy, it’s also an incredibly convenient snack perfect for keeping your energy up while you enjoy the last of these beautiful autumn days! Eat up!


-2 cups old-fashioned oats (use certified gluten-free oats if making this GF)

-1 cup raw pecan halves

-1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

-1/4 cup Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey KFactor 22

-1/4 cup melted coconut oil

-1/4 cup pumpkin puree

-1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

-1/2 cup shredded or shaved coconut


Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Combine the oats, pumpkin seeds and pecans in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Manuka honey, melted coconut oil, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth.

Pour the Manuka Honey syrup mixture over the oats mixture, and toss until everything is evenly mixed.

Spread the granola mixture out evenly on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add in the coconut (if using) and give everything a good stir.

Return the granola to the oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture is golden. Remove and let the granola cool until it reaches room temperature.
