FIR HONEY LOVE POTION 

Directions: Steep one tea bag (we used berry for the taste and color) and let cool to room temperature. Add one ounce cranberry pomegranate juice, one teaspoon Raw Fir Honey and stir, making sure to dissolve the honey. Top with pomegranate seeds for an unexpected touch!

BLOOD ORANGE WITH MANUKA HONEY MASCARPONE SPREAD

This recipe will tantalize the tastebuds and brighten any cold, winter day. Packed with Vitamin C from the citrus, drizzled with a decadent topping, you can’t go wrong with this snack!
1 Grilled Blood Orange 
2 TB Marscapone Cheese
Crushed Walnuts
Optional Orange Chocolate
Pomegranate seeds 
 
Grill or broil, halved blood orange 
Spoon the marscapone cheese on top, drizzle honey and add crushed walnuts, pomegranate seeds and chocolate shavings.

Peach Ginger Raspberry Bites with Fir Honey

These Peach Ginger Raspberry Bites with Fir Honey are the perfect nourishing accompaniment to any chilly day and keep in the fridge for easy snacking on the go! Peach Ginger Raspberry Bites with Fir Honey

Makes 9

Gluten Dairy Egg Soy Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients:

8 oz oats

3 oz ground flax seed

6-9 oz coconut milk (or any milk or choice)

4 oz raspberries (we used organic frozen)

4 oz chopped pecans

1 large ripe banana

9 peach slices

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ginger

pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F
  2. In food processor, grind oats, flax, cinnamon and salt until desired consistency.
  3. Add coconut milk, banana. The mixture should be thick like oatmeal. Add more coconut milk if needed.
  4. Fold in raspberries and chopped pecans
  5. Form into bites. Press one slice of peach on top of the bites. Sprinkle extra cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired softness.
  7. Allow to cool from oven for 5-10, then drizzle honey on top of each bite. Let honey sink into the bites. Enjoy warm or store in airtight container for 3 days.

Our Fir Honey Hottay Latte, more delicious than the ubiquitous mimosa and far healthier, is the perfect companion for contemplation on the first morning of the year. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Small handful of nuts (we used cashew but almond, pecan or walnut is good)

Concentrated coffee

Fir Honey

Directions:

  • Take a small handful of nuts and soak them in about 5 oz filtered water for 30 minutes.
  • Brew coffee so that it is concentrated and strong!
  • Blend nuts in high powered blender until the ‘mylk’ is smooth and silky.
  • To make ‘mylk’ extra hot, place small saucepan on stove half-filled with water.
  • Pour ‘mylk’ into glass cup and place cup in saucepan over medium heat. Allow to warm for a few minutes.
  • Pour into cup, add honey and coffee and stir.
  • Add a teaspoon of raw cacao powder for an additional nutritional chocolatey boost.

 

 

Manuka Honey Powerballs with Goji Berries

This delightful recipe by Daydream Desserts  is packed with nut + seed protein, immune boosting super powders, a hint of spice, and sweetened with Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey and perfect for an anytime, feel good snack.

Ingredients:

150g of mixed nuts and seeds of choice; we used

50g of walnuts

50g coconut shreds

50g hemp seeds

~30g of superfood powders; we used:

10g cacao powder

5g moringa powder

5g reshi mushroom extract

5g ground cinnamon

3g spirulina powder

2g ground cloves

*Optional pinch of salt

50g dates or other dried fruit

50-75g Wedderspoon Raw Manuka Honey

dried goji berries to garnish

Directions:

  1. Process all dry ingredients in food processor until desired chunkiness
  2. Add dates and honey, process until dough forms; add more honey is mixture seems dry
  3. Roll into balls of various size
  4. Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  5. Enjoy the goodness : )

Festive Cauliflower Bake with Rata Honey

Why not mix it up with our Festive Cauliflower Bake, made with our deliciously smooth Rata honey? Recipe

1 cauliflower
1/2 onion sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Wedderspoon Rata honey 
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage, salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with no stick olive oil spray. Spread out cauliflower mixture on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes then broil for five.

Easy No-Bake Key Lime Bites with Wild Rata Honey

I’m not much of a baker — all the precise measurements and exactitude of baking scare me. I’m much more of a taste-as-you-go cook, adding spices and mixing until I get it right. That’s why I was so pleasantly surprised to find this recipe for Easy No-Bake Key Lime Bites; no baking means easy preparation during busy summertime days and few ingredients makes this recipe appropriate for even the most novice dessert-maker (like me). These tasty, simple bites are perfect for your next outdoor get-together! Best part is, no baking means a cool house on a hot summer day! Key Lime 9

Directions:

 For the crust…

4 tablespoons of coconut flour

1 tablespoon of honey

1 to 2 tablespoons of water

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

-Divided into 10 servings into cupcake molds bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°

For the pie filling:

4 ounces of plain Greek yogurt

198 g or 6 tablespoons organic cream cheese or silken tofu if you want it to be vegan

2 tablespoons of Wedderspoon Raw Wild Rata Honey

6 tablespoons of Keylime juice

Zest of a lime

1/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

1/4 cup of organic sugar optional

Coconut extract also optional

-Mix all of the ingredients together and divide into cooled cupcake molds freeze until ready to serve
